No. Every part is made to your drawing or sample. We do not keep parts in stock.
A drawing is best (PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP or IGES). If you don't have one, send photos and measurements of the worn part and the factory can reverse-engineer it. Tell us the material, the quantity and when you need it.
Up to 3,500 mm in diameter and 40 tonnes. Standard tolerance is ±0.05 mm, and ±0.01 mm is possible on precision features.
It depends on the part, the material and the quantity, so the lead time is given on each quotation. Because parts are made and shipped from China, they suit planned shutdowns, rebuilds and spare stock better than emergency breakdowns.
Shipping depends on the size of the part and where it is going, so it is quoted for each order. We confirm the shipping method and cost with you before you order.
The factory is CCS-certified. Dimensional inspection reports and material certificates are available for your order.
